    Systematic Training, Deepening AI Application Knowledge

    This year, the YSF Medical team joined the “ AI University Internship Program, Season 2 ” program, co-organized by Yuan Ze University and No. 7 Algorithm Integration Over 16 weeks, team members went from knowing almost nothing about large language models to gradually grasping the core architecture of AI, and started thinking seriously about how to bring these capabilities into the day-to-day reality of a small-to-medium enterprise.Before the program, most of the team's exposure to AI was limited to simple chatbot interactions. As the weeks went on, members picked up how to craft better prompts, weave tools into their daily workflows, and figure out exactly when and where AI adoption actually makes a difference.

    Concrete Plans for Bringing AI into the Manufacturing Floor

    With these newly built capabilities, the team has mapped out three concrete directions tailored to YSF Medical's real operational needs. First, building an AI chatbot that lets factory staff quickly check on production progress, cutting down the time spent on manual look-ups. Second, using AI tools to take over repetitive tasks and smooth out information flow across departments. Third, creating an internal knowledge base so new hires can shorten their learning curve through AI-powered Q&A, which ultimately lowers the overall cost of onboarding and training.

    Industry-Academia Co-Creation, Cultivating Smart Manufacturing

    This learning journey only came together through the genuine commitment of three parties. We're grateful to Yuan Ze University for providing the full suite of learning resources and venue support, to the Algorithm No. 7 team for putting together a curriculum that actually bridges theory and practice, and to the Group 6 students for showing up with energy and collaboration throughout the final presentation. It's precisely because of that solid foundation that YSF Medical was able to build real AI capabilities, even in the middle of a packed work schedule. From here, we'll use this milestone as a launching pad, and keep pushing AI's impact into every corner of the workplace.
